P.C. :- On 13th January, 2015 the learned counsel for the applicant made a statement before this court that parties to the present Criminal Revision Application have already settled their dispute out of the court and at peesent, they are residing with each others. Matter was adjourned for filing the compromise-deed (rMtksMi=) before the learned court below. [2] Today when the matter is called, the applicant - Shaikh Mohasin and Non Applicant No.1 Teharim Phalak w/o Shaikh Mohasin are present in the court personally. Mr. Arvind Deshmukh, the learned counsel submitted that parties have already settled their dispute out of the court and at present, they are residing together. He submitted that, in fact, the compromise-deed (rMtksMi=) is already filed on 28th January, 2015 in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Aurangabad in Criminal M.A. No.182 Of 2014 however the formal order on the said compromise-deed (rMtksMi=) is yet to be passed.

2/2 cra 148.14.sxw [3] In view of the matter being compromised between the husband and the wife and they are residing together, upon instructions from his client Shaikh Mohasin, Mr. Arvind Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that permission be granted to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Application. Permission granted. Present Criminal Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that, the learned trial court should pass the necessary order on the compromise-deed (rMtksMi=). (V.M. DESHPANDE, J.)
