The petitioner is assailing the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 2.

Mr. Yavalkar, learned AGP submits that the petitioner can approach the Hon'ble Chief Minister as per the provisions of the Transfer Act.

Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner has already filed representation with the Government.

The original application is pending with the Tribunal. The Government shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner with regard to his transfer within three weeks.
