In view of the above, the common order dated 25.11.2020 passed in civil application Nos. 6518 of 2020 and 6517 of 2020, is corrected to that extent and name of the applicant in civil application No. 6517 of 2020 be read and treated as Ramkrishna Sadashiv Yawalkar instead of Shivaji Vishwanath Deshmane.
