After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief to the applicant. Learned counsel, therefore, came around to withdraw the application. He urges this Court to request the trial Court to expedite the hearing of trial and conclude the same within a reasonable time.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within ten months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The applicant is at liberty to move afresh, if trial in not concluded within the given time frame. Needless to mention, such application would be decided on it's own merits. ( R.G.
