In view of judgment dated 04.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3270 of 2022 and other connected matters, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy of filing Civil Suit.

It is informed that a suit being Civil Suit No. 36 of 2022 is pending before the competent Civil Court. Petitioner may file fresh Civil suit or amend the pending Civil Suit, if they so desire. Even if the impugned orders are not challenged, the same will become inoperative if the controversy before the authorities is finally decided by Civil Court in favour of petitioner in the Civil Suit. 3.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of as above. 4.

The said Civil Suit be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law.
