A copy of the death certificate is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to produce

40-7011 before the Trial Court the death certificate of Mallikarjun Govindwar and lead evidence, if any, in proof of the said fact, if required.
