The petitioner who has completed B.Sc. (Agri.) degree course from the respondent No. 4 - College of Agriculture, Golegaon under the respondent No.2-University, is before us having been served with a notice/communication dated 20.03.2023 (Exhibit 'I') informing her that the degree secured by her would be cancelled if she would fail to produce the validity certificate by 05.06.2023.

We heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent No. 1 and 3.

The petitioner's proposal has been pending with the respondent No. 3scrutiny committee since the year 2017. It is not in her hands to get that proceeding decided. Admittedly, there is no invalidity so that she would lose 1/2

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent No. 3 Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from today. Till then, no action shall be taken pursuant to the impugned communication (Exhibit 'I' ) dated 20.03.2023.
