In view of the earlier order dated 19th December 2023, learned A.G.P. is producing communication by the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule dated 08th January 2024. It is taken on record by marking it as Exhibit 'A'. It appears that, accordingly the name of petitioner no.3 has been taken on Shalarth Pranali. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner then submits that the question would remain as regards the period from 2016 to 2021. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the decision in that respect would be taken within a period of two months and this statement by him is on the basis of the communication dated 18th December 2023, which he had already filed on record.

With the said directions, Writ Petition can be disposed of.

Therefore, Writ Petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision in respect of paragraph nos.4 and 5 of communication dated 18th December 2023 by the Desk Officer to the Maharashtra State within a period of two months from today. If the favourable decision is taken, then the benefits be released immediately thereafter.
