The limited grievance made in the present writ petition is that the appeal filed by the petitioner is not decided by the respondent No. 2.

The appeal is of the year, 2013. The notices are issued to the petitioner for hearing of the appeal.

The appeal must have been decided by now. In case, said appeal is not yet decided by the Authority, then the Authority shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (2) months from today.
