The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondent No. 3/Head Master has submitted proposal to the respondent No. 2 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. However, no decision has been taken on the same as yet.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, in case the said proposal is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the same would be decided on its own merits. 3.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.

In case, the respondent No. 3 has submitted the proposal and if it is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
