Mr. Gaikwad, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submit that the petitioner has alternate remedy to approach the Collector and against the order of Collector, before the District Judge. 2.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
