The petitioners have alternative remedy of preferring appeal before the grievance committee. The petitioners are ready to avail the said remedy.

In view of the same, the petitions stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach before the appellate forum. 3.
The appellate authority shall decide the appeals on its own merits after opportunity of fullfledge hearing given to the parties. 4.
If the appeals are preferred within a period of 30 days from the date of this order, the appellate authority shall entertain the same and decide on its own merits.
