ORDER :

The learned counsel for accused/applicant submitted that the accused is facing difficulty in collecting resources and he is not able to appoint advocate of his choice. The learned counsel submitted that due to this circumstance and as the time is fixed by this Court, there is possibility of appointment of counsel through legal aid by the trial Court. The learned counsel submitted that the accused is in a position to appoint private counsel, but for that he wants time. The learned counsel submitted that the time fixed of four months needs to be extended to make it eight months as that much time is required for making arrangement.

Time is extended to make it eight months. The eight months period is to be counted from 7.4.2017. Registrar Judicial is to inform the concerned court accordingly. The application is disposed of.
