Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

By way of this Petition, challenge is raised to order dated 22.04.2019 passed by Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur in Inquiry No.19 of 2019 rejecting the application for temporary injunction. It is not disputed that scheme in application No.1132 of 2018 is itself decided and therefore challenge to the order passed on interim injunction application becomes redundant. 3.

Mr. Ghute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already raised challenge to the order framing the scheme and the challenge is pending. In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition need not be prosecuted since he is raising his grievance in the challenge to the scheme application. 4.
