This Petition is filed by the under-trial prisoner through Jail. We have perused the papers on record. The following prayers are made in the Petition.

"A] This Criminal Writ Petition may kindly be allowed. B] Issue direction to Principal District Judge, District and Sessions Court Aurangabad to pass appropriate order on Application dt. 28/11/202 filed by the petitioner and letter dt.20/11/2023 issued by the Ld. Spl. Court (POCSO Act) District and Sessions Court Aurangabad.

C] Any other appropriate relief may kindly be granted in favour of the applicant."

This Petition is disposed of by directing the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, to decide the Application of the Petitioner dated 20.11.2023 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
