The appellant has accepted the award passed by the learned concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, in Motor Accident Claim Petition.

As such, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Court be permitted to be withdrawn by claimants as per award passed by concerned M.A.C.T. with interest accrued. 5.
