Mr. Jayabhar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the enquiry with regard to payment of rental compensation has been made by the authority. The order is passed on 06th December, 2013, however, as yet the payment has not been made by respondents.

Mr. Survase, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 submits that, in fact, the acquisition was made under the E.G.S. scheme. It is for the Collector to make the payment. The proposal would be sent to the Collector.

The respondents are bound by the order passed for payment of rental compensation. The order is passed in December 2013. The respondents shall make the payment of rental compensation as determined by the Collector in December 2013 within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
