DATE : AUGUST 18, 2022 ORDER :- After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. The Court has simply gone through the FIR and not applied its mind to the rest of of the police papers.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, came around to withdraw the application with liberty to move again, if the trial could not be concluded within a time frame. 3.
In view of the above, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to move again, if the trial could not be concluded within nine months.
4.
Any subsequent application shall be decided on its wn merits.
