Petitioner has filed additional affidavit stating that the substantial grievance of petitioner has been taken care of under the order dated 16.03.2017 issued by respondent no.1 - University, which has been annexed to the affidavit at Exhibit 'X-1' as well as the order of even date place at Exhibit 'X-2'. In the affidavit, a request has been

12-wp.7185 made for direction to let petitioner have benefit of Regulation No.16.3 of 2010.

Since substantial grievance of petitioner stands redressed apropos to the orders (Exhibits 'X-1' and 'X-2' to the affidavit) referred herein above and with reference to the same, if some benefit ensues to petitioner, petitioner may approach, if required, to the concerned authority. However, for said purpose, it may not be necessary to keep the petition pending. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
