Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the petition, the Government has decided to consider the case of the petitioners as a special case. The proposal is also forwarded to the Secretary on 26.02.2018. 2.

According to the learned counsel, the Government be directed to take final decision on the said proposal.

The Government shall take final decision on the proposal pending with it (Exhibit A­4, Page No.101­K) expeditiously, preferably within six months.
