Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

It has been submitted that except these two proceedings of the civil applications for condonation of delay, rest of the matters from same group came to be disposed of amicably as per compromise arrived at Lok-Adalat on 09-09-2017. Therefore, learned counsel for respondents-original claimants has no objection to condone the delay.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the civil applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay caused in filing the appeals against impugned judgment and award of the learned Reference Court is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process. The civil applications are disposed of accordingly.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents. Mr. C.K. Shinde, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent-original claimants and learned AGP for respondent - State of Maharashtra.
