Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner Nos. 2 to 5 are pending with respondent No.3. The petitioner Nos. 2 to 5 were appointed after obtaining no objection from the respondents.

The respondent authorities shall decide the proposals forwarded by the petitioner No.1 seeking approval to the

2 996-wp-6318-19.doc appointments of the petitioner Nos. 2 to 5, expeditiously on its own merits. Till the decision on proposals, the respondents shall not insist for accommodating of surplus candidates in place of petitioner Nos. 2 to 5.
