It appears that the respondent / acquiring body has deposited 75 % of the amount as awarded by the reference Court.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court to the extent of 50 % on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and further 25 % on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
