We have considered the submissions of the leaned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5. 2.

Having considered the dates and sequence of events cited by the leaned AGP, it does appear that the petitioner may not have cooperated with the committee. Since we are passing an order in the light of the statement of the learned AGP that, the petitioner should tender his submissions on the vigilance committee report within within one week and his claim would be decided within 15 days thereafter, that we are not making any observations.

The petitioner present in the Court instructs the learned Advocate to state that he would wholeheartedly cooperate with the committee. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (A) The petitioner shall appear before the Kinwat Committee functioning at Aurangabad, on 29/07/2022 at 11.00 a.m. (B) As the vigilance committee report is received by the petitioner in 2017, written submissions would be tendered on the said date.

(C) The petitioner is at liberty to rely upon the caste validity certificates that might have been granted to his blood relatives from the paternal side.

(D) The hearing in the matter would be concluded by 05.00 p.m. on 29/07/2022.

(E) The committee would deliver it's verdict in the matter on 18/08/2022 at 11.00 a.m.
