Heard learned counsels at length. They have advanced the very lengthy arguments and continued to argue as if it is a trial and this Court should deliver the final verdict. The dispute is of the year 2010-2011. Both the parties have argued for more than 1 hour and 45 minutes, still they are not satisfied with their arguments. Hence, they are directed to submit their notes of written arguments. 2.
