Mr. Kharosekar, learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 should verify the royalty passes issued by the auction purchaser. The petitioners were

WP No.7105/21 possessing valid royalty passes for transportation of the mines and minerals.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the royalty payment was made after the seizure of the vehicles.

Be that as it may, as limited relief is claimed, seeking direction against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to verify the royalty passes, we pass the following order.

O R D E R

(i) Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may verify the royalty passes submitted by the petitioners (Exh.D) preferably within two weeks.

(ii) Depending upon the verifcation of the royalty passes, further steps be taken by the parties.

(iii) Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
