The delay of 1685 days has occurred in filing these appeals by the acquiring body. In view of the fact that the acquiring body has challenged the impugned awards passed in land acquisition references only on the point of interest, the learned counsel appearing for the

17-CA-8357-2017-delay.odt (2) respondents-claimants has fairly conceded for condoning the delay with a further request that the appeals be immediately taken up for hearing and may be finally disposed of. In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The delay caused in filing these appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

ii) Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iii) After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri Latange waives notice for respondents-claimants. The learned AGP Shri Phule waives notice for respondent-State. Service complete.

iv) The matter be taken up for final disposal immediately.
