By order dated 21.08.2020, this Court (Coram : V. L. Achliya, J.) in Civil Application No.5011 of 2020 in First Appeal No.221 of 2020 with all connected matters from the same award, permitted the applicants / claimants therein to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant / original claimant submits that due to the pandemic situation, the respodnent / acquiring body has deposited the amount to the extent of 25 %

of the amount under award. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / acquiring body has not disputed the same. 4.

In view of the above, the applicant / claimant herein is also permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court.

The Civil Application seeking withdrawal of the amount is hereby allowed.

6.

The Applicant / Original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
