The petitioner does have a 'Mannervarlu' caste certificate recognized as Scheduled Tribe in the State of Maharashtra. The post for which he has moved an application for recruitment requires the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe in the format as prescribed by the Central Government.

The learned AGP submits that after the petitioner tenders the original certificate of 'Mannervarlu' caste, a fresh certificate in the format prescribed would be issued within fifteen days.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would complete the formalities of tendering the certificate on or before 15-072022. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off.

We expect the authority to issue the certificate as required in the format prescribed by the Central Government on or before 30-07-2022.
