The petitioner prays for a direction to respondent No.2/ Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, to decide his representation dated 25/04/2022 for grant of higher pay of selection grade and after granting such higher pay-scale, the school should forward his pension papers to the Competent Authority.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2, to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 25/04/2022, on or before 21/10/2022. In the event, a favourable order is passed, accepting the petitioner's
