When the matter is called out, none has appeared for the appellant. The record shows that, the appeal on stamp number was refused to be registered by the learned Registrar vide order passed on 23.11.2016 since the office objections were not removed. This Court vide order passed on 15.06.2018 set aside the said order passed by the learned Registrar on an undertaking given by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the office objections will be removed within two weeks. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 29.06.2018. 2.
The record shows that, till the said date, the office objections were not removed. Thereafter the matter was adjourned till today. The office remark shows that, till this date, the office objections have not been removed. In view of the
