In an affidavit in reply presented on behalf of the Respondents it is stated that the Petitioner did not remain present in the office of the Respondent to receive the amount of 80%
compensation although notice was served upon him. 2.
Without going into the merits of the contentions, this Contempt Petition can be disposed of by issuing certain directions.

The Petitioner shall attend the office of Respondent No.5 - Sub Divisional Officer and Special Land Acquisition Ofcicer, Patoda on 1st December 2015 at 11.00 a.m. to receive the amount of compensation and the Respondent No.5 - Sub Divisional Officer, Patoda shall ensure the payment of amount in favour of the Petitioner in compliance of the directions issued by the Court. So far as passing of the award is concerned, the Respondents are required to pass the award as per the order passed by this Court, in observance of the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act and within the time frame stipulated thereunder.

With the directions as above, Contempt
Petition stands disposed of.

In view of the disposal of Contempt Petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Application. Civil Application No.14848 of 2015 stands disposed of, accordingly.
