This Court, while disposing of Writ Petition No.4744 of 2014 by order dated 20th February, 2014, has recorded an undertaking given by the State Government to abide by the Government policy prescribed under Government Resolution dated 26.11.2014 in respect of allotment of contracts over and above an amount of Rs.3 lacs by adopting e-tender method. So far as payment of amount is concerned, it was informed by the learned A.G.P., while aforesaid writ petition was taken up for consideration, that appropriate steps would be taken for making payment to the contractors only through RTGS system and in case of any violation, suitable action would be initiated. That, so far as procedure prescribed for allotment of works is concerned, learned advocate appearing for petitioners
{2} wp533114.odt makes a grievance that the directives contained in Government Circular dated 20.08.2013 are not being adhered to. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for Respondent-State, informs that the procedure prescribed under the Government policy would be strictly adhered to. In view of above, grievance raised by the petitioners, in the instant petition, stands redressed.
