Mr. Salgare, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No.7 has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon in June, 2014, however, the same is not yet decided by the respondent No.5.

The learned AGP submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the respondent No.5 would decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In the light of above, we pass the following order: i.

In case the proposal is submitted by respondent No.7 to respondent No.5 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon, and the same is pending then the respondent No.5 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months.
