The petitioner management prays that it's application dated 21.6.2021, which is in the form of a proposal for starting 9th and 10th standard classes, in Urdu Medium Primary School at Wadwl (Na), Tq. Chakur, district Latur, by way of natural growth, be considered and decided. The existing Urdu primary school would then be able to conduct the higher secondary school.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the State normally would take four months time to decide such proposals.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent No.4, which is represented by the learned advocate Shri Bondar, shall forward the proposal of the petitioner to respondent

wp11027.22 -2No.1, if not already forwarded, on or before 30.11.2022. Respondent No.1 would ensure that the proposal is decided on it's own merits, on or before 31.3.2023.

Needless to state that the case of the petitioner would be considered for the academic year 2023-24 onwards, on it's own merits.
