After we passed the order dated 05/07/2024 in Contempt Petition, a circulation was sought for today, in all these matters, by the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has tendered the written instructions from the Petitioner, dated 08/07/2024, under his original signature, which mentions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw both the Writ Petitions and prays that the Contempt Petition may be disposed off. The said communication with the original signature of the Petitioner, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the above and as this Contempt Petition is moved before the notice under the Contempt of Court Act could be processed, that this Contempt Petition stands disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.

Consequent to the above, both the Writ Petitions do not survive and the same stand disposed off.
