Today, learned A.P.P. produced on record the communication made by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Biloli with him to show that in C.R. No.14/2020, registered in Vajirabad Police Station, Nanded, 'C' Summary report is submitted by the Police on 6.11.2020. All these three applications are filed for quashing of this F.I.R.

In view of these circumstances, nothing remains in all these three matters. If the 'C' Summary report is not accepted, then it will be open for the applicants to come to this Court again.
