It is submitted that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with respondent no. 2. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In fact, the petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier. At the eleventh hour the petitioner is moving the Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student and is desirous of taking admission in the professional course. Respondent no. 2 shall make

2 wp 7179.19 endeavour to decide the proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three (03) weeks. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 20.06.2019 and cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.
