The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', as under- "B. By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may please to direct Respondent No.5 i.e. Police Inspector, Taluka Police Station, Jalna to act upon the letter dated 11.05.2022 issued by the Ld. Tahsildar, Jalna and direct to release the TATA LPK-2518 (HYVA) Heavy Truck bearing registration No. MH-21-X9876 forthwith and handover it the petitioner.

By issuing writ of certiorari or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may please to quash and set aside show cause notice dated. 08.05.2022 passed by the Tahasildar, Jalna."

Having considered the submissions of the learned Counsel for the respective sides and having perused the impugned show cause notice dated 08.05.2022 and the reply filed by the Petitioner dated 11.05.2022, it would be appropriate to direct the Tahasildar Respondent No.3 herein, to consider the grievance of the Petitioner and by following the due procedure laid down in law, pass an order as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 15.09.2022. All contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.

The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of in the above terms.
