This is an Application for bringing on record the legal heirs / representatives of Petitioner No.3 - Sandeep Ramchandra Khapil. A copy of the Death Certificate shows the name of Petitioner No.3 - Sandeep Ramchandra Khapil as the Deceased. The proposed Petitioner Nos.3-(a) to 3-(c) are reported to be the wife and sons of the Deceased - Petitioner No.3. 2.

The learned Advocate for the contesting Respondent Nos.1 and 2 does not dispute that, the Applicants are the LRs of the Deceased - Petitioner No.3.

Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two [02] weeks. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

List the Petition after three [03] weeks.
