Perused the copy of the order passed by this Court in F.A. Stamp No. 1347 of 2011 with two connected appeals. 4.

This Court (Coram : M.G. Sewlikar, J.) vide common judgment dated 6.1.2021 was pleased to dispose of above referred F.A.St.no. 1347 with two connected appeals with modification in the award to the extent of interest.

In view of the disposal of appeals, applications for withdrawal of amount need to be allowed. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) The applications for withdrawal of amount are hereby allowed. (ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by acquiring body in their respective appeals along with accrued interest, if any.
