The present application is filed seeking condonation of 1612 days' delay in filing appeal against the impugned order dated 03.10.2012 passed by the trial court. By the impugned order

2334-2017 crapln the complaint filed by the complainant was dismissed in default and accused were acquitted. The cause assigned for condonation of the delay as set out in the application is not sufficient to condone the delay of 1612 days. I am, therefore, not inclined to allow the application. Hence, the application is dismissed.
