We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Learned Counsel submits that the respondents have not followed the procedure while transferring the petitioner to Latur. The petitioner, to obey the transfer order, has joined at Latur, however, the grievance of the petitioner is that the provisions of the statute are not followed and large scale illegality has been committed. 2.

We have heard learned Asstt. Government Pleader also.

A matter filed by the petitioner is pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and it is submitted that the same is restored to its original position. The Tribunal certainly would consider all the relevant aspects of the matter. 4.

In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
