Mr.Nagargoje, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on 04.05.2017, at the Principal Seat at Bombay, an order came to be passed giving extension of six months to the services of the Forest Guards, who were already appointed and their terms were coming to an end. 2.

In case, such order is passed by this Court at the Principal Seat at Bombay, then the same may also inure to the benefit of the present

With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
