The grievance of the petitioner is as against respondent No.2 Shri. Dinesh B. Tidake.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, he has acquired instructions. The vigilance report was handed over to the petitioner, yesterday in a scheduled hearing. The next hearing is scheduled on 18/07/2022. He further submits that the entire proceedings can be decided by 30/08/2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the Uncle, sister and the son of the petitioner have been granted validity by this Court (son and uncle) and by the Committee in the other cases.

Considering the above statement, the petitioner is satisfied. 5.
As such, this petition is disposed off, by recording the statement of respondent No.2, that the proceedings would be concluded and decided by 30/08/2022.
