Heard Mr.Kazi, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that all the respondents have appeared before the Wakf Tribunal and the application before the Wakf Tribunal may be heard finally. In the circumstances, he submits that the applicant does not want to proceed with the present Civil Revision Application, however, the application for temporary injunction may be directed to be decided by expeditiously learned Presiding Officer of the Wakf Tribunal.
