This application is fled for withdrawal of the amount. The acquiring body has deposited Rs. 23,60,916/-. Having regard to the fact that the deceased was a bachlor and his father is aged about 48 years and there is nothing on record to show that the father of the deceased is sufering from any illness, I deem it appropriate to release 50% of the amount deposited by respondent No. 1.

In view of this, applicant be paid 50% of the amount deposited by the respondent No. 1 Insurance Company, on giving undertaking on usual terms.
