Learned Counsel appearing for respondents state that, by the impugned order issue of jurisdiction framed in an application under Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was decided. It was held that the Civil Court had jurisdiction to try the suit. Learned Counsel for respondents point out that, in view of Section 3(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 2018, which came into effect from 29th October, 2018, the present Civil Revision Application stands abated. 3.
