We have heard Mr. Thorat, learned Advocate for the petitioners. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the petitioner on 18th of June 2021 has filed another application. The Tahsildar, on 28th June 2021 issued letter to the police station as the petitioner feared that law and order situation would arise and even letter is issued to the Talathi to remain present. The steps are taken by the office of Tahsildar.

In view of the fact that the steps are undertaken by the Tahsildar, no further orders are required to be passed. The Tahsildar/it's office shall proceed further in accordance with law and decide the application filed by the petitioners, preferably within six weeks on it's own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
