The learned Advocate for the Applicants points out the GR dated 16.01.2017, which indicates the names of 3 Petitioners and the deemed dates from which they have been granted regularization. Since these proceedings are pending, they have not yet received their benefits.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application, stand disposed off at the request of the Petitioners. Needless to state, the Petitioners/Applicants, whose names appear in the said GR and who have been granted regularization from 08.06.2001, would be entitled for all the benefits incidental and consequential to regularization in service.

Rule is discharged accordingly.
